Compensation and Reward Specialist

Our client, a leading player in the Oakleaf Partnership, is seeking an exceptional Compensation and Reward Manager to collaborate with their team for a 12-month period. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a new compensation plan and system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benchmarking and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to ensure the compensation plan is competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Power BI and Workday to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform compensation decisions.
- Annual Reward Cycle Management: Oversee the entire reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and LTIPs.
- Program Development and Implementation: Collaborate with the team to design and implement new compensation programs and systems.
- Prior Experience of System Implementation: Leverage expertise in system implementation to ensure seamless integration of new compensation systems.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and familiarity with compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
