Role Overview:

The Compensation Specialist will support the Head of Reward in the design and operational implementation of remuneration policies, benefits and recognition practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the year-end performance, salary and bonus review process through
  • Leading the annual market benchmarking process with HR BPs and people leaders
  • Planning and configuration of pay frameworks within HRIS (Workday)
  • Supporting configuration of manager self-service reward technology
  • Supporting the reward processes aligned to M&A
  • Administration of share schemes (incentive shares and SAYE) via third party administrators technology portal
