Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our global business.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all team members. Key duties include delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, maintaining payroll data integrity and security, and adhering to SOX controls.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing, including data entry and payment administration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client queries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including pension legislation.
- Contribute to Year-End processing and support ad-hoc requests from other departments.
Skills Required:
Essential Skills:- Proven experience in compensation or payroll management, with knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Zellis HCM/ResourceLink payroll system.
