About the Role
Worldpay is seeking a skilled Compensation and Incentives Specialist to join our global incentive compensation team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and administering Worldpay's global incentive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
As a Compensation and Incentives Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately calculating, tracking, and distributing incentive compensation payments to employees based on pre-determined performance metrics. This requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compensation administration.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Gathering, analyzing, preparing, and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
  • Meeting with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
  • Researching and compiling data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
  • Tracking revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and making necessary adjustments.
  • Performing economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance, and impact of governmental requirements.
  • Preparing reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses, and evaluation of any discrepancies.
  • Gathering and analyzing current data to aid in estimating future expenditures.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large-sized organization. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of compensation plan design and administration best practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or issues. Proficient in using Microsoft applications and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, are also required.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with sales compensation concepts, including quota setting, performance measurement, and payout calculations, is an added bonus. Strong understanding of compensation laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as experience working with compensation management software or systems, is also preferred.
