We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of UK corporate governance, investor relations, and legal frameworks, as well as experience with incentive design, including performance measure selection and calibration. Ideally, you'll have expertise in financial services remuneration regulations, but it's not essential.

A key aspect of this role is advising clients undergoing significant change, including start-ups, IPOs, and mergers. You'll be working closely with clients to deliver high-quality professional advice in client reports and developing and training junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a proven track record as a remuneration consultant with excellent client relationship management skills. A professional qualification (Accountant, Actuary, Legal, CFA, or equivalent) and degree-level education are preferred.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits, based on similar roles in London. If you're passionate about executive compensation and have a strong desire to help organisations navigate complex changes, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
  • Provide executive compensation consulting services, particularly for private companies facing unique challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality professional advice in client reports.
  • Develop and train junior team members.
  • Offer technical expertise on executive compensation, including UK corporate governance, incentive design, equity plan valuations, and benchmarking.
  • Oversee risk management and compliance in line with company policies.
