Micahel Page (UK) is seeking an Executive Compensation Specialist to join their team. As an Executive Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing executive compensation packages that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct compensation packages to support senior executive hiring, including buy-outs and equity arrangements.
  • Prepare draft papers and recommendations for the HR Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and plc Remuneration Committees.
  • Maintain induction materials for new members of the plc Remuneration Committee.
  • Support the Group Director, Reward & Recognition on the review of external advisers to the plc Remuneration Committee.

We are offering a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid working setup, combining office and remote work.

Requirements
  • Experienced practitioner in a Reward consulting practice or recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
  • Fully qualified Chartered Secretary and/or hold the ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans (or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
