**Global Compensation Manager Wanted

We're looking for a highly skilled Global Compensation Manager to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation strategies and programs across the EMENA region.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement global compensation strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards Analysts to analyze market trends and make informed compensation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, bonus plans, and other forms of variable compensation.
  • Analyze salary survey data to determine prevailing pay rates and maintain competitive compensation levels.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for compensation administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, or related field, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in compensation design, analysis, and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in PC software tools for analysis, audits, reports, and presentations.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
