About the Role:

As a Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at Oakleaf Partnership, you will play a key role in shaping the compensation programmes within the organisation. Your responsibilities will span across benchmarking, compensation structure design, and conducting compensation reviews.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark market data to ensure competitive salaries and benefits
  • Design and update salary ranges and structures
  • Prepare analysis and presentations for leadership teams
  • Complete compensation reporting, analytics, and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong data modelling and analysis skills
  • Ability to break down complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Organising and prioritising a dynamic workload
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be adept at working in a fast-paced environment with agility and continuous improvement. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

What We Offer:

In return, we offer a highly competitive salary of up to £60,000 DOE + bonus, hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days per week in our London office, and a dynamic work environment that requires agility and continuous improvement.
