Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to join our team at OPEN Health. As a key member of our global compensation team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business success.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Reward Analyst to take their skills to the next level. As a Compensation Strategist, you will be responsible for managing global benefits programs, including ownership of the open enrolment process in the US. You will also lead the review of benefits provision globally to ensure OPEN Health remains competitive and that offerings are well understood and communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Management: Oversee global benefits programs, including US open enrolment, and manage broker and carrier relationships.
  • Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness.
  • Pay Review Process: Assist with annual pay review process and off-cycle increases, including data analytics and quality checks.
  • Compensation Delivery: Operate day-to-day compensation activities, such as role compensation assessments, salary recommendations, and job evaluations.
  • Data Management: Own compensation-specific data entry into HRIS systems, including job mapping, job code creation, and pay grades.
  • Talent Engagement: Support Talent Engagement in developing competitive compensation offers for new hires and reviewing job descriptions against levels and job hierarchy.
  • Project Management: Participate in special projects, such as pay grades and career ladders review, and support platform implementation/enhancements.
  • Employee Recognition: Support employee recognition platform administration.
  • Legislative Compliance: Maintain knowledge of global legislation affecting benefit and compensation policies to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Global Benefits Expertise: In-depth knowledge of global benefits, including US benefits management, healthcare, and retirement plans.
  • US Open Enrolment Experience: Proven experience delivering US open enrolment, managing renewals, and owning broker relationships.
  • Market Pricing Expertise: Detailed experience with benchmarking, job analysis, and market pricing, preferably in the pharma/healthcare sector.
  • Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and presentation.
  • Analytical and Organisational Skills: Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Proven track record of providing excellent customer experience to compensation and benefits-related queries.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS365, including Word, PPT, Outlook, and Teams, as well as HRIS, payroll, and data analysis tools.
