Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives.">
  • Design and manage compensation programs, including salary scales, bonus structures, and benefit plans.">
  • Analyze market data and industry trends to ensure competitive compensation practices.">
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous package of benefits, including 33 days' holiday entitlement, a cycle-to-work scheme, and life assurance, we also offer training and development opportunities to help you grow your career.
