We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Compensation Strategist to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions Ltd. in London.

About the Role

As an Executive Compensation Strategist, you will be responsible for developing partnerships and opportunities for the employee reward team by managing a strong network within and outside the business.

  • You will support the growth of thought leadership throughout the employee reward programme, ensuring that clients receive the best service.
  • You will manage projects with a high level of personal participation in delivery, as well as directing a project team where necessary, to ensure that the project meets the expectations of the customer and is profitable for the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience running and delivering successful reward projects, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and integrate data.

You will also need excellent stakeholder management skills and an enthusiastic outlook on working outside of the box and being flexible in situations with no clear answer.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
