Job Title: Global Compensation StrategistEstimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
Responsibilities:- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation strategy aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Provider Review and Selection: Evaluate current payroll and benefits providers, conduct a thorough RFP process, and negotiate contracts to select a single provider that meets our global needs.
- Project Management: Lead a global project to improve payroll and benefits systems, processes, and policies, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of global payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in selecting and managing third-party providers.
