Job Title: Global Compensation Strategist

Estimated Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation strategy aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
  • Provider Review and Selection: Evaluate current payroll and benefits providers, conduct a thorough RFP process, and negotiate contracts to select a single provider that meets our global needs.
  • Project Management: Lead a global project to improve payroll and benefits systems, processes, and policies, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with company goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of global payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in selecting and managing third-party providers.
