Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join our Reward team. The successful candidate will support key projects and partner with business departments on all things compensation. This role will involve supporting the business and our People team with day-to-day compensation queries, exploring policy and process improvements, and providing subject matter expertise in terms of local and global aspects of our offering.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with business departments to design and deliver compensation programs
  • Provide expert advice on compensation-related matters
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to compensation
  • Collaborate with the wider Reward team to ensure consistency and best practice in compensation management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance on offers and handle questions from prospective hires
  • Partner with our People Partners to support the delivery of our policies locally and globally
  • Drive the delivery of the annual performance and pay review processes
  • Conduct in-depth compensation analysis during compensation cycles
  • Participate in cyclical benchmark exercises and salary survey submissions
