Job Summary

We are seeking a Compensation Strategist to implement and manage compensation policies across EMEA and beyond. Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA, you will be part of a world-class Global Total Rewards team, managing competitive and equitable compensation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and administer compensation policies and programs, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

Audit jobs for content and create accurate job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.

Analyze competitive salary information through surveys to determine the company's competitive position and inform compensation decisions.

Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices.

Support annual compensation planning, analyzing costs and making recommendations on budget requirements based on local knowledge.

Determine appropriate salary grade assignments for new or revised classifications.

Stay up-to-date on statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend courses of action.

Maintain expertise in incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, and stock options.

Requirements

Familiarity with compensation trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical skills and experience processing large volumes of data.

Practical knowledge of career architecture and job evaluation principles.

Proven experience supporting annual merit cycles.

Prior Workday experience is a plus.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
