About the Role
As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Clarivate Analytics, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business growth. This is a full-time, permanent position based in London with a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales incentive compensation or a related field, with a strong understanding of compliance and legal requirements. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sales compensation, from creating and reviewing reports to calculating commissions against achievement on a monthly basis.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Commercial Planning, Analytics & Reporting team to transform business unit revenue/sales plan targets into sales plan goals by territory and individual. You will also serve as the point of contact for sales, helping them understand the plan and working with them on their sales compensation queries and other topics.

In addition, you will manage operationally SPIFFs and ad-hoc sales compensation schemes, including reporting and analyzing sales performance and the efficiency of our sales compensation.
