We are recruiting for an Interim Reward Strategist to join our Reward team at Morgan Law.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in developing and implementing our organisation's pay and benefits strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a pay and benefits strategy that aligns with our organisation's goals
  • Collaborating with business leaders to design and implement compensation and incentives programmes
  • Providing expertise in market trends, benchmarking, and best practices in reward management
  • Leading a small but highly effective Reward team to deliver exceptional results

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
