Compensation and Incentives Professional

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Incentives Professional to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to deliver on cyclical compensation processes and project work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring fairness and equity throughout the organisation.
- Leading the implementation of sales incentive plans, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Completing gender pay gap reporting and submitting compensation surveys, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Conducting data analysis to ensure market competitiveness, making recommendations to optimise compensation packages.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a reward role, having completed at least 2 annual pay review cycles.
- Excellent Excel skills, with prior experience working with large data sets.
- Exposure to sales incentive plans is highly advantageous, but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of up to £65,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities. You will also enjoy a generous benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
