We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Incentives Professional to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to deliver on cyclical compensation processes and project work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring fairness and equity throughout the organisation.
  2. Leading the implementation of sales incentive plans, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Completing gender pay gap reporting and submitting compensation surveys, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Conducting data analysis to ensure market competitiveness, making recommendations to optimise compensation packages.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a reward role, having completed at least 2 annual pay review cycles.
  2. Excellent Excel skills, with prior experience working with large data sets.
  3. Exposure to sales incentive plans is highly advantageous, but not essential.
