We are seeking a Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to partner with our client, a global consulting firm, in London. In this role, you will provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, high-level executives, and remuneration committees on incentive plans, bonuses, pay ranges, performance objectives, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored compensation plans for privately held businesses, including those preparing for an initial public offering.
  • Apply technical expertise in executive compensation, including corporate governance, incentive design, performance calibration, and benchmarking.
  • Establish key relationships with clients and provide support for client engagements.
  • Deliver high-quality professional advice and client reports.
  • Educate and train junior team members.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in executive compensation, corporate governance, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and reward factors.
  • Experience in incentive design and performance calibration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
