About the Role

At Entain, we're seeking a highly skilled Executive Reward Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Reward function, you'll provide critical support to the Head of Reward and the Remuneration Committee, ensuring compliance with regulatory filing requirements and developing best-in-class processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and in-house expert on executive reward and governance matters
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across various teams, including Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance
  • Draft the Directors' Remuneration Report and collaborate with external advisors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Collate data for the DRR and other regulatory filing requirements, obtaining auditor sign-off
  • Work closely with the Head of Reward to establish processes for data collation, RemCo, Gender Pay Gap, and liaise with external advisors for compliance and improvement
  • Lead compensation deliverables and support projects, including RFPs for various platforms
  • Support annual pay review discussions, considering market competitiveness and internal pay equity
  • Design and deliver training on executive reward topics
  • Ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory local compensation requirements
  • Communicate effectively and stay up-to-date with legislative changes and external market trends
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and Corporate Governance Code
  • Experience in drafting RemCo papers and DRR
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Commercial awareness, ability to think outside the box, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship building skills and ability to navigate a global, matrix organization
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and process-oriented skills
