About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Incentive Design Lead to join our team at Expedia Group.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales strategy/consulting and be able to develop and refine sales incentive programs that align with our GTM strategy, financial goals, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Variable Incentives in developing and refining sales incentive programs.
  • Serve as an internal consultant to business leaders and executive leadership team on global compensation matters.
  • Play a key role in quarterly business and annual sales compensation reviews, determining sales plan effectiveness.
  • Lead compensation and design change management process from conceptualization to implementation.
Requirements
  • Driven, confident, tenacious & resourceful individual with strong communication skills.
  • Commercially focused with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform complex analysis using multiple disparate database sources with large volumes of data.
  • Proficient with Workday, SalesForce, and sales compensation tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
