Job Overview
TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile video, is seeking a highly skilled Seller Incentive Strategy Manager to join its Shop team in the UK. This role plays a critical part in driving seller performance and engagement through strategic incentive programs.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce. They will design, develop, and implement comprehensive incentive programs that align with business goals, drive seller performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incentive Program Development: Design and develop incentive programs that align with business goals and drive seller performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, product development, marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for incentive initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those with over 3 years of experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce.
2. Strong logical thinking, capable of high-quality goal breakdown and priority assessment.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain level of stress.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
