The successful candidate will have experience in advising Financial Services firms on reward matters, particularly in relation to remuneration committees and performance metrics.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the complexity and responsibility of the role, as well as the location in London.

Job Description

As an Incentive Design Specialist at KPMG, you will be responsible for managing and delivering client projects on reward workflows. This will include assisting senior leaders in advising Remuneration Committees and management teams on reward strategy, shareholder consultation, corporate governance, pay regulation, ESG regulation and practices. You will also contribute to the design and structure of new incentive plans, review existing plans to ensure they remain fit for purpose, and advise on performance metrics including the use of ESG measures.

Additional responsibilities will include advising on the impact of corporate transactions on existing or new compensation and benefits plans, contributing to the design of plans for the wider workforce, and taking early responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in an analytical subject such as economics, finance, mathematics, business, or statistics. Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and client service skills, as well as strong business development acumen, is also essential. Experience in advising Financial Services firms on reward matters and/or experience with advising Remuneration Committees is highly desirable.
