Role Summary:

We are seeking an Incentive Compensation Specialist to join our team at Fitch Group. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end support in all Sales Compensation related activities, including Reporting, Administration, and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the commission system to ensure it's up to date and accurate
  • Reconcile and upload sales information monthly, and deal with queries
  • Prepare reports to summarise commission pay by person for senior management review and sign-off
  • Deliver ad hoc analytical support to identify trends and address developing issues
  • Drive process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in an incentive compensation role
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and be responsive

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a Financial Services Organisation
  • Knowledge of the CaptivateIQ commission system
