Compensation and Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Performance Specialist to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective reward solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement job architecture and job levelling methodologies to inform reward and career path opportunities
- Create and manage performance management systems that drive business outcomes
- Provide market benchmarking and data analytics to inform compensation strategy
- Design and implement high-impact sales incentive programmes that drive sales performance
- Collaborate with clients to develop core, leadership and functional competencies that drive business success
- Proven experience in compensation and performance management, ideally in consulting or corporate environments
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
