Job Title: Sales Director

At Vista Equity Partners Management, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team and drive revenue growth in the Private Markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Nurture key relationships and drive consistent pipeline growth through strategic account planning.
  • Implement value-based discussions throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze industry trends and market changes to adapt and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product departments to align efforts and optimize sales potential.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in complex solution sales, with a demonstrable track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into the Private Markets, with a strong understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, and Fund Administration.
  • Strong business acumen and expertise in Finance and Private Market Investing.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
