Strategic Operations Lead for EMEA Sales

At Amazon, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Lead to support the EMEA Sales team in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

As a key member of the EMEA Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, providing insights, and making recommendations to drive productivity improvement in our sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
  • Partnering closely with EMEA Demand Generation leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization.
  • Analyzing industry and Amazon internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
