Strategic Sales Leader for Retail IoT Expansion

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth and lead sales initiatives in the UK & Ireland market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a sales strategy for market expansion and lead sales activities
- Identify new market opportunities and inspire a team united under a common vision
- Demonstrate experience selling Electronic Shelf Labels and IoT solutions to major retailers
This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to make a significant impact on our business. As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales initiatives, and inspiring a team to achieve their best.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience managing multimillion ARR sales teams. You will also have expertise in selling cloud, ESL, data, analytics, and AI into retailers, as well as experience managing multiple stakeholders and working within a global business.
We offer a competitive salary of £125,000 - £160,000 + OTE, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. We prioritize flexible, hybrid working models that support work-life balance.
