About the Role

The Seller Incentive Strategy Manager will develop, implement, and manage incentive programs to drive seller performance and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales dynamics and motivational techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incentive Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive incentive programs that align with business goals and drive seller performance, including segmentation, life cycle management, A/B testing, etc.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, product development, marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for incentive initiatives, communicate program details and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for incentive programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI, track and report on program expenditures and financial performance.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all incentive programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, stay updated on industry best practices, and incorporate them into program designs.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program performance and impact by building dashboards and regular business reporting, maintain detailed documentation of all incentive programs and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those with over 3 years of experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce.
  • Sensitive to data, with a strong interest and understanding of activity conversion funnels, user profiling, and segmentation methodologies.
  • Strong logical thinking, capable of high-quality goal breakdown and priority assessment.
  • Independent and capable, with strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain level of stress.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other data analytics tools.
  • Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
  • Strong team player, who takes strong ownership of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results.
  • Proven ability to successfully thrive in a changing and fast-moving industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
