We are a leading consumer health technology company, looking for an experienced E-Commerce Strategy Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an operational role requiring commercial acumen, a hands-on approach, and a deep understanding of e-commerce standard methodologies. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our e-commerce platform and digital customer experience across EMEA markets, to drive online sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of e-commerce strategy and tactics across EMEA, aligning with regional business goals
  • Collaboration with regional and local marketing teams to ensure integration into marketing strategy and campaign activities
  • Full ownership of e-commerce strategy across EMEA, including deployment of e-commerce platforms and channel activation across multiple markets
  • Maintenance of performance marketing mindset, staying connected to ongoing digital campaigns and using analytics expertise to measure success
  • Driving e-commerce channel revenue, focusing on key drivers of demand such as promotions, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle initiatives
  • Leading and optimising the e-commerce platform(s) across EMEA, ensuring efficient performance in each market and seamless customer experience from product discovery to checkout and fulfilment
