We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Senior Executive to join our team at SARAH CHAPMAN LIMITED. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with experience in managing and growing online sales. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies, managing the day-to-day trading of the site, and working closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial digital professional to drive the development and growth of a prestigious beauty brand globally. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading of the site, including conversion, ATV, and traffic.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and implement effective eCRM and loyalty strategies to increase engagement and maximise repeat purchase.
  • Deliver website sales and performance reporting, producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analysis, and actions.
  • Oversee and manage the optimal performance of integrations across each digital touchpoint.
  • Project manage the development of the e-commerce platform, technical integrations with third-party platforms and services.
  • Ensure the brand tone-of-voice is consistent and inline with overall brand values.
  • Lead website initiatives to constantly improve the customer journey.
  • Consistently identify new and better ways of doing things to add value, streamline processes, and create opportunities.
  • Inspire and lead the e-commerce coordinator.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering success on Shopify Plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong CRM experience with success in implementing and optimising lifecycle-based communications.
  • Results orientated and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker.
  • Experience of leading a team.
  • Confidence using ESPs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a commercial drive.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and assertive.
  • Strong influencing capabilities.

This is a hybrid role, with 1 day working from home and 4 days in the office, located on The Kings Road Chelsea, London SW3.
