About the Role

Penguin Books Limited is seeking an ambitious and innovative E-Commerce Manager to elevate our brands across the digital landscape. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive online customer shopping experience and effective product placement on our Amazon and direct-to-consumer platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage Amazon Media Services campaigns, considering key products from licensees.
  • Optimize all branded Amazon store fronts and develop bespoke marketing activity calendars.
  • Collaborate with and support licensees with new product launches, online exclusive ranges, promotional campaigns, and cross-category activations.
  • Manage the relationship with our DTC e-comm partner to improve site efficiency, conversion rates, AOV, customer retention, and ultimately enhance the customer shopping journey.
  • Explore new areas of e-commerce opportunities for the business to maximize selling potential and unlock direct retailer partnerships.
Requirements
  • Prior experience of working in a customer-focused e-commerce, sales, or digital trading role, dealing with product catalogues across various marketplaces.
  • Experience with Amazon Media Services, particularly booking and analyzing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate ability to build Amazon store fronts and work within Amazon's advertising platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to different teams internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems, generate solutions, analyze data, and report findings.
