Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, including sales and marketing strategies, website management, automation, risk assessment, profitability optimization, data analysis, customer support, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Implement and utilize e-commerce tools, software, and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze metrics and data to inform business decisions and optimize profitability.
  • Manage inventories, refunds, customer support, and pricing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with international standards and requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Good experience with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Experience in the business-to-consumer (B2C) digital retail market within the e-commerce space.
  • Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, time management, and ability to multitask.
  • Good with project management, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management.
Top Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies for e-commerce.
  • Experience with implementing and utilizing e-commerce tools, software, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with CMS (Content Management System) blocks and website navigation.
  • Understanding of customer journey analysis and optimization.
  • Ability to develop and manage dashboards, reporting structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of API integration and plugin utilization for automation.
  • Experience in risk assessment and business continuity management.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media and SEO for marketing and branding.
