E-Commerce Operations Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Coordinator Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transport, logistics, and information systems incidents, as well as validating e-commerce orders and managing payment and fraud operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery incidents with transport partners, resolve complaints, and handle disputes.
  • Process manual requests for shipments, pick-ups, and other tasks.
  • Identify and report anomalies in e-commerce information systems.
  • Support order validation to ensure timely shipment preparation.
  • Review and manage orders for corrections and special customer requests.
  • Leave valuable comments for the CRC team.
  • Perform manual debit and refund operations.
  • Track outstanding payments and block payment statuses.
  • Analyze order and customer profiles using omnichannel data.
  • Report on purchasing behavior that does not align with company values.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of operation experience in retail or a similar environment.
  • Organized, agile, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in office automation tools (Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Magento, Adyen, Cegid, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Slack is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and humility.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Contractual Information:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with 37.5 hours per week, including a 1-hour lunch break. Office location is in central London, and shift duties may involve Monday to Saturday working hours between 8am and 7pm.
