About the role

Job Overview:

TikTok Shop UK is seeking a talented E-commerce Growth Strategist to join our merchant acquisition and incubation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing incentive programs to drive seller performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Incentive Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive incentive programs that align with business goals and drive seller performance, including segmentation, life cycle management, A/B testing, etc.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, product development, marketing teams to ensure incentive programs are integrated with overall sales strategies.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  4. Budget Management: Manage the budget for incentive programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI, track and report on program expenditures and financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with over 3 years of experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain level of stress.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other data analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, explain complex concepts simply, and work independently.
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
