Strategic Sales Manager

We're shaping the future of travel at Expedia Group, and we need a dynamic Commercial Strategy Manager to drive our Sales Excellence. This pivotal role will partner with our Sales and functional teams to craft the foundation of our Sales Excellence, driving sales efficiency and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the evolution of our sales operating model to align with our business strategy
- Working closely with Sales leaders to ensure our sales blueprint and framework reflect the needs of the organization
- Partnering with HR to define role clarity for sales and ensuring the proficiency framework drives sales excellence
- Crafting sales incentive plans that drive excellence and support our strategic priorities
- Supporting key strategic projects across areas such as Product, Sales, HR, and Finance
- Driving data-driven decision making and program management
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in sales excellence projects and designing sales incentive programs
- Action-oriented with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Educational background in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
