We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong analytical background and experience in compensation and benefits management. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. This includes designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs across all our locations, shaping a winning compensation strategy, and building global benefits programs that meet the unique needs of our employees worldwide.

The ideal candidate has prior experience leading a compensation and benefits function, preferably in a global context, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of global benefits trends and legal compliance requirements. A solid understanding of compensation benchmarking and data modeling using AON-Radford or similar solutions is also essential. Experience in compensation strategy development, benefits program design, and data analysis is highly valued.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive package, flexible working hours, and hybrid setup. We also offer generous paid maternity leave (16 weeks in France, 26 weeks in the UK) and a Gradual Return to Work program after maternity or adoption leave. Furthermore, as a member of our team, you'll have access to a range of perks and discounts, including a Swile lunch card funded at 50% by the company (France only), a $45/€80 per month Sustainable Transportation Allowance, and participation in our Employee Volunteering program.
