Reward and Incentives Manager

About the Position
We are seeking a Reward and Incentives Manager to join our People Team at Dementia UK. As a Reward and Incentives Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective reward and incentives strategies that drive business results.
This role requires strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, payroll regulations, and best practices in staff reward and benefits. If you have experience in managing payroll and pensions administration, along with a passion for staff reward and benefits, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective reward and incentives strategies to drive business results
- Manage all employee benefits, including pension schemes, life insurance, and other benefits
- Provide training and support to the People team to enhance their knowledge of reward practices
- Ensure our pay and benefits offering is effectively communicated across the charity
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package that includes enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental pay, family-friendly policies, and more.
