Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a Reward Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to compensation and benefits. You will liaise with key stakeholders across the organization to drive the implementation of the UK and ROI strategy. Your duties will include:
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Liaising with stakeholders both in person and remotely
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines
• Encouraging strong collaboration across teams
• Serving as the subject matter expert for all reward-related matters
• Enhancing current reward systems
• Managing salary review processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience as a Reward Manager with exposure to compensation and benefits
• Experience with structured salary reviews
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Towers Watson
• Knowledge of job evaluation and market analysis
