Salary: £50,000 per annum

Job Description:

You will be supporting all group reward programmes while driving the implementation of the UK and ROI strategy. This includes managing multiple projects, liaising with key stakeholders, keeping to deadlines, encouraging strong collaboration across teams, being the subject matter expert for all reward-related matters, enhancing current reward systems, and managing salary review processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

An experienced Reward Manager with exposure to compensation and benefits, experience with structured salary reviews, experience using frameworks such as Towers Watson, and experience in job evaluation and market analysis.
