Global Rewards Strategic Manager

The Global Integrated Rewards Manager role is a key position within our organization, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the global reward strategy for attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
This 1-year Fixed Term Contract comes with a competitive salary of £75,000 - £80,000, working a flexible 4-day workweek with 2 days in the office and 2 from home. The location is Central London, with hybrid working arrangements allowing for a balance between office collaboration and remote productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Project management, planning, and facilitation of global reward initiatives.
- Partnering with global business areas to develop and implement reward strategies.
- Leading the integration of rewards globally, collaborating closely with Regional Reward and HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Managing the global integration of employees into the career framework, harmonizing benefits and policies across markets and regions.
- Experience working as a Reward Manager with Project and Process management experience.
- Excellent project management skills, including design to implementation, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining discipline and focus.
- Experience managing consultants and stakeholders.
- Collaborator skilled at working with Senior Business and HR Leaders in a highly matrixed, diverse multi-national environment.
