**About the Role**

Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Global Rewards Manager to join our esteemed client, one of the largest Global Production Agencies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering their global reward strategy to attract and retain top talent.

The position involves project management, planning, and facilitation, as well as partnering with global business areas on reward initiatives. You will lead the integration of rewards globally working closely with Regional Reward and HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for managing the global integration of employees into the career framework, harmonising benefits and policies across markets and regions. Strong influencing, communication, and compensation expertise are necessary to support key stakeholders and ensure the successful execution of all aspects of reward integration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project management skills from design to implementation, handling multiple projects simultaneously maintaining disciplines and focus
  • Experience managing consultants and stakeholders
  • Collaborator skilled at working with Senior Business and HR Leaders in a highly matrixed, diverse multi-national environment

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent project management skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The salary for this role is £75,000 - £80,000 depending on experience & background. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company based in Central London, offering hybrid working with 2 days in office and 2 from home.
