Compensation & Benefits Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs across our global locations.

This role involves shaping a winning compensation strategy by designing salary structures, commission plans, and performance management frameworks. It also entails building comprehensive benefits programs that cater to the unique needs of our employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading a compensation and benefits function, preferably in a global context, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of global benefits trends and legal compliance requirements.

This position is suitable for someone who is passionate about creating rewarding experiences that attract and retain top talent. As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including People Partners, Finance, Legal, and Leadership, to align strategies with our goals.

We offer 16 weeks (France) / 26 weeks (UK) paid maternity leave and a Gradual Return to Work program after maternity or adoption leave.
