About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reward and Employment Tax Strategist to lead our team of experienced professionals in providing expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development, process design, and payroll compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising business leaders on global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced reward and employment tax professionals
  • Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development, process design, and documentation
  • Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions
  • Cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services
  • Preparation of global payroll reports
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment, with additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation experience being highly desirable.

You will also possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at JAM Recruitment as a Senior Reward and Employment Tax Strategist, with a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
