We are searching for an experienced Employee Rewards Strategist to join our EMEA HR and Rewards team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an Employee Rewards Strategist, you will support the strategy and implementation of our benefits program and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of our benefits programs and policies, ensuring alignment with regional market practices and legal requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and buy-in of new benefits and compensation projects, programs, and policies.
  • Liaise with external vendors and brokers to understand local benefits market practices, legal requirements, and tax implications.
  • Analyze existing programs and processes, providing recommendations for enhancement to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional HR/payroll colleagues and management to advise and provide training on benefit policy, maximizing employees' understanding and appreciation of our benefits packages.
  • Contribute to the implementation of special compensation projects across the region, partnering with business leads, local HRBPs, payroll, finance, and legal teams.

Salary Range: We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience.
