Job Overview

Morgan Law is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Lead Reward Strategist. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, benchmarking, and best practices in reward management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the reward strategy aligns with the overall organisation strategy and attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement in processes.
  • Work with the Director of People & Culture and Assistant Director HR Operations to provide information and support for the annual pay award negotiations with the Union.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
