Reward and Benefits Strategist:

Travelex is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Strategist to lead our annual reward processes, including salary reviews, benefits renewals, and job architecture maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated and recognized for their hard work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading annual reward processes, reviewing salary ranges, and implementing new reward initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual reward processes such as pay review and bonuses
  • Maintain Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey
  • Review salary ranges to ensure they are up-to-date and capture market shifts
  • Support Head of Reward on development and research of new initiatives
  • Implement new reward initiatives
  • Prepare ad-hoc presentations and proposals

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus and other benefits.
