We are currently seeking a Total Reward Strategist to join our team at Axon Moore in the UK. The salary range for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement total reward packages, incorporating compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, job evaluation, recognition programmes, and performance-based initiatives.
  • Oversee reward-related activities, focusing on employee engagement and retention for over 5,100 colleagues across the UK.
  • Provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to inform the reward and recognition agenda, promoting a high-performance culture while ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with operational objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in reward management within a large, complex, and unionised organisation.
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing reward strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and operational colleagues.
