Reward Management Specialist

Portfolio HR & Reward is looking for an experienced Reward Management Specialist to lead our UK and ROI strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reward programme design and implementation, as well as experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing reward programmes aligned with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and engagement
- Conducting market analysis and salary reviews to inform reward strategies
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive rewards package.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record in reward management and programme design
- Experience with structured salary reviews and job evaluation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
