Job Overview

Hunter Adams is seeking a highly skilled Rewards Specialist to support our client in the Financial Services industry for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.

This role involves providing expert advice on reward and remuneration strategies across the organisation, with responsibilities including:

  1. New Remuneration Models: Investigating and advising on innovative reward models based on business needs, incorporating best practices.
  2. Analysis and Reporting: Producing insightful analysis and reports for Executive, Reward and Remuneration Committees to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Reward Process Management: Overseeing the annual reward process, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Benchmarking Surveys: Participating in external reward benchmarking surveys to stay abreast of industry trends.
  5. Recruitment Support: Providing benchmarking analysis to support all recruitment activity, helping drive business growth.
  6. Organisational Development Reviews: Preparing comprehensive reward analysis for larger Organisational Development reviews.
  7. Reward Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date management of reward data.Key Requirements

    Compensation Package

    The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
