Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our team at a global commercial firm. In this role, you will work closely with HR teams to create, implement, and maintain reward frameworks that support the company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing reward strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintaining and updating existing reward frameworks to ensure they remain effective.
  • Working with the HR team to design and deliver employee recognition programs.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £85,000, with a bonus.
  • An excellent benefits package, including largely remote working opportunities.
